Editorial Videographer

Job Description

Looking for an experienced Editorial Videographer to develop engaging video content for our projects. You will work closely with producers and other team members to ensure our stories are effectively communicated through video.

Responsibilities

• Create video content from inception to final delivery.
• Edit footage and incorporate graphics, sound, and music.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Assist in the development of storyboards and scripts.
• Monitor video production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide creative input to improve video storytelling techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in videography and video editing

Technical Skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• DSLR Cameras
• Lighting Techniques

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certified Video Producer
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Premiere Pro

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

• Experience with drone videography: Knowledge of drone operation for aerial videography.
• Knowledge of post-production techniques: Understanding of advanced editing techniques such as colour grading and sound design.
