Responsibilities

• Track and report on key performance metrics related to e-commerce initiatives.
• Implement user-friendly practices to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Design promotional campaigns and specials to attract customers.
• Assist in the development of the e-commerce budget and forecasting.
• Provide training and support for staff on online sales systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in online retail or e-commerce roles

Technical Skills

• Email Marketing Tools (MailChimp, Constant Contact)
• Content Management Systems (CMS)
