Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving in the finance domain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Provide insights and recommendations for cost management.
• Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual performance.
• Support the finance team in various ad-hoc financial projects.
• Promote a culture of transparency and compliance within the finance team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Honours degree or higher is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
