Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in structural engineering roles

Technical Skills

• Matlab or similar programming languages
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer (CEng) certification
• Certifications in Safety Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in BIM software: Experience with Building Information Modeling for better project coordination.
• Experience with high-rise building design: Knowledge of the complexities involved in designing high-rise structures.
