Responsibilities

• Lead mining operational projects from conception to completion.
• Evaluate production processes and suggest improvements where necessary.
• Analyze geological data to inform mining strategy.
• Report on production performance against strategic goals.
• Implement and monitor compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Assist in training and development of new team members.
• Engage with local communities regarding mining operations.
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for ongoing projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering or similar
• Master's degree in Mining Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in mining operations
