• Monitor financial performance and variances against budgets.
• Support the finance team in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
• Develop and implement financial models to assist in decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Assist in training other staff on financial procedures and reporting.
• Collaborate in cross-departmental projects to optimize business processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or business analysis
