Job Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Port Elizabeth plant. This role involves ensuring that production goals are met, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of skilled workers.

Responsibilities

• Manage workforce schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
• Evaluate team performance and provide timely feedback.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions for ongoing performance issues.
• Support the implementation of ISO standards within the manufacturing process.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Management

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision

Technical Skills

• Project Management
• Six Sigma Certification

Soft Skills

• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• Occupational Health and Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CAD software: Hands-on experience using CAD software for product design and manufacturing.
