UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces and improving the overall user experience of our products.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design ideas.
• Facilitate user testing sessions and adapt designs based on user feedback.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI projects

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in user experience design, with a focus on usability and user-centered design

Technical Skills

• HTML/CSS
• Sketch

Certifications

• UX Certification by Nielsen Norman Group
• Professional Certificate in UX Design

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Familiarity with front-end development frameworks: Understanding of frameworks like Bootstrap for responsive design.
