Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to oversee the operations of our healthcare facility in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing staff, and optimizing processes to enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the daily administrative operations of the facility.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient services.
  • Create and enforce policies to streamline operations.
  • Monitor financials and assist in budget preparation.
  • Address and resolve patient grievances promptly.
  • Lead staff development and training initiatives.
  • Work with senior management to improve service delivery.
  • Compile and analyze performance data for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management
  • Master's degree in Public Health is desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting with management responsibilities
