Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments of patients.
• Implement evidence-based nursing practices to enhance patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans.
• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses accurately.
• Support patients with activities of daily living as needed.
• Actively participate in patient care conferences and rounds.
• Ensure the application of infection control policies and procedures.
• Mentor and support junior nursing staff and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Postgraduate qualification in Nursing is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting

Certifications

• Infection Control Certification

• Afrikaans: Basic
