We are seeking a skilled QA Process Engineer to join our Durban team. This role focuses on ensuring quality across software development processes while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
• Review requirements and specifications to develop comprehensive test cases.
• Engage in continuous improvement processes with the QA team to enhance testing practices.
• Monitor software development lifecycle to ensure quality standards are adhered to.
• Execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality.
• Coordinate with DevOps teams to ensure CI/CD testing processes are effectively implemented.
• Provide feedback on usability and functionality of the software through various testing stages.
• Lead QA activities in multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of quality products.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Quality Assurance or related field
• Professional development in quality assurance best practices

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA processes and methodologies
