Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain project timelines for process improvement initiatives.
• Engage with suppliers and vendors to optimize material use.
• Monitor compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Support the implementation of new technologies in the manufacturing process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Additional qualifications in Manufacturing Engineering preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
