Job Description

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be essential in developing architectural documentation and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that regulations and design standards are met across innovative projects in Cape Town.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural drawings and documents.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure the viability of designs.
• Prepare presentations and technical reports for project proposals.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Assist in selecting materials and finishes for projects.
• Oversee the construction process and ensure adherence to designs.
• Identify design discrepancies and propose solutions.
• Participate in site inspections and client meetings.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design or technology

• AutoCAD
• Revit

Certifications
