Job Description

As a Concierge, your role will be to provide outstanding tour guiding services while ensuring every visitor receives a warm welcome. Collaborate with guests to personalize tour experiences, manage inquiries, and ensure seamless travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while greeting and assisting visitors.
  • Facilitate bookings for tours and experiences offered by the company.
  • Provide assistance in resolving logistical challenges for guests.
  • Develop and manage relationships with local partners and vendors.
  • Conduct city tours and provide engaging commentary to enhance the tour experience.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all concierge services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hospitality or Tour Guiding qualification preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality or tourism roles
