• Problem-solving Quickly resolves issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Team collaboration Works well with others to create a positive dining experience.
• English (Fluent)

• Skills in conflict resolution: Ability to handle guest complaints effectively and professionally.
• Previous experience in fine dining: Experience in a high-volume restaurant or fine dining environment.
