Tech Innovations Inc. is on the lookout for a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the development team to replicate issues uncovered during testing.
• Conduct performance testing to evaluate application performance under load.
• Mentor junior QA team members and assist in their professional development.
• Create detailed reports on testing outcomes and defects.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and protocols set by the organization.
• Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the software development process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field
• Certification in Quality Assurance is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in manual and automated testing

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Performance Testing Tools (e.g., LoadRunner)

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
• Agile Testing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
