Job Description

We are on the hunt for a dynamic Training and Development Specialist who will be instrumental in crafting and rolling out comprehensive training programs that align with our organizational goals. You will work closely with business leaders to assess training needs and deliver impactful sessions.

Responsibilities

• Implement e-learning solutions for flexible training delivery.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure training program relevance.
• Manage relationships with external training providers and negotiate contracts.
• Set clear objectives and outcomes for training programs.
• Integrate technology into training sessions to enhance learning experiences.
• Assist with change management initiatives related to training.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Postgraduate qualification in Training and Development would be advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in training program design and implementation
