We are on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a track record of successfully managing projects within budget and on time.

Responsibilities

• Execute project management methodologies to drive project success.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure their needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess project risks and establish plans to mitigate them.
• Coordinate resource allocation and work schedules efficiently.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to inform future projects.
• Lead project kick-off meetings to align the team and establish objectives.
• Maintain effective communication channels among all project participants.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Management or Business Administration
• Additional certifications in Agile methodologies are a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in leading project teams

• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Scrum Master Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
