We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will work on diverse projects, designing and implementing electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver top-notch engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems and components for a variety of projects.
• Perform site assessments and surveys to determine project viability.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated designs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Manage project timelines and budgets efficiently.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects.
• Evaluate and resolve technical issues during project execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in electrical engineering design.

• Electrical Load Analysis

Certifications

• ECSA Certificate
• Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with project budgeting and financial forecasting: Demonstrated ability in managing project costs and resources effectively.
