Job Description

We are seeking an innovative Fashion Designer to create fashionable and marketable designs. This role requires collaboration with other designers and the production team to translate vision into wearable art while keeping abreast of fashion trends and consumer preferences.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal fashion collections while ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Coordinate with suppliers to select textiles and materials.
• Lead fitting sessions and make necessary adjustments to designs.
• Document design processes and maintain an effective share database.
• Mentor and guide junior designers in their projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Master’s degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the fashion industry
