Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operator to safely and efficiently manage operations related to red-lead primer application. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain equipment in top working order.

Responsibilities

• Manage the melting and application of red-lead primer to steel structures.
• Document operational procedures and ensure all safety measures are enforced.
• Maintain a clean working environment by regularly cleaning equipment.
• Assist with inventory management of supplies used in the application process.
• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapt to changing production requirements and implement necessary adjustments.
• Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and safety in operations.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in safety or machinery operation preferred.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
