Inventory Manager

Job Description

We're looking for a proactive Inventory Manager to oversee inventory levels and manage stock replenishment. You will ensure optimal inventory turnover and accurate records to support effective supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct all inventory management activities and processes.
• Compile regular inventory performance reports for senior management.
• Engage with team members to improve inventory practices.
• Evaluate inventory systems and recommend enhancements.
• Lead inventory-related training and development initiatives.
• Review supplier contracts and assess their effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor trends and adapt inventory strategies accordingly.
• Facilitate communication between departments regarding inventory needs.
• Support audits and ensure data integrity across systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Professional certifications in supply chain management are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in inventory management within a fast-paced environment
