We're looking for a proactive Inventory Manager to oversee inventory levels and manage stock replenishment. You will ensure optimal inventory turnover and accurate records to support effective supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
Direct all inventory management activities and processes.
Compile regular inventory performance reports for senior management.
Engage with team members to improve inventory practices.
Evaluate inventory systems and recommend enhancements.
Lead inventory-related training and development initiatives.
Review supplier contracts and assess their effectiveness.
Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor trends and adapt inventory strategies accordingly.
Facilitate communication between departments regarding inventory needs.
Support audits and ensure data integrity across systems.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
Professional certifications in supply chain management are a plus
Experience
5+ years of experience in inventory management within a fast-paced environment
