Job Description

Join Energy Solutions SA as a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers. In this role, you'll oversee the operations of power generation systems while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. We're looking for a leader with a strong technical background in power generation and team management skills to drive efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation and performance of power generation systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to execute scheduled repairs.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports for management review.
  • Manage onboarding and training programs for new operators.
  • Ensure all safety procedures are communicated and practiced by staff.
  • Evaluate operational efficiency and propose improvements.
  • Liaise with external agencies regarding compliance audits.
  • Maintain emergency response readiness procedures.
  • Lead safety drills and training sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in power generation or a related field.
