Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant based in Cape Town, you will support our clients by managing their schedules, organizing meetings, and providing essential administrative support. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. We are looking for a motivated individual who can work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project management and tracking progress.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to the team.
  • Handle invoices and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Provide assistance to other team members as required.

Requirements

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in virtual assistance or administrative roles
