Job Description

As an Aircraft Rigging and Controls Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of aircraft through the inspection, maintenance, and repair of their rigging and controls systems. You will collaborate closely with engineers and pilots to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of aircraft rigging and controls to ensure operational efficiency.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies in aircraft systems.
• Implement maintenance protocols to enhance aircraft performance.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure safety compliance.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and software for troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
• Assist in training junior mechanics on best practices in maintenance and repair.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Completion of an aircraft maintenance training program is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft rigging and control maintenance.
