Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Air Crew Members, you will play a pivotal role in managing the safety and efficiency of refueling operations during flights. Your leadership will ensure adherence to safety regulations while coordinating with flight crews and ground personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee refueling operations during flights, ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate effectively with flight and ground crews for timely refueling.
  • Manage fuel consumption tracking and inventory control for all operations.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure regular training for personnel.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of refueling equipment and procedures.
  • Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain detailed reports on refueling operations and expenditures.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Stay informed of new industry developments and regulatory changes.
  • Address and troubleshoot any operational challenges swiftly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field
  • Valid pilot license or air traffic controller license (advantageous)
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in aviation or refueling operations with proven leadership capabilities.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards
  • Proficiency in fuel management and refueling procedures
