• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field
• Valid pilot license or air traffic controller license (advantageous)
• Strong leadership and management skills Demonstrated ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication abilities Proficient in liaising between different departments and teams.
• Attention to detail Keen focus on ensuring operational accuracy and compliance.
• Problem-solving skills Ability to resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Aviation safety certification
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with large commercial aircraft: Familiarity with operations involving large aircraft is an advantage.
• Hands-on refueling operation experience: Direct experience in refueling operations, particularly in high-pressure environments.
