Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive IT Support Technician based in Johannesburg. In this role, you'll provide high-quality technical support to end-users, assisting them with hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues affecting users' connectivity.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service in all user interactions.
  • Participate in IT projects to improve overall service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or Computer Science
  • Bachelor's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
