Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Bloemfontein team. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain our IT infrastructure. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of both hardware and software systems, with a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support requests and ensure timely resolutions.
• Install and configure computer systems and applications.
• Perform regular maintenance on IT equipment to prevent issues.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in various systems.
• Assist with network setup and maintenance activities.
• Provide training to staff on software applications and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and report any anomalies to management.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Diploma in IT or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
