Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, implement safety regulations, and lead a team of warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee warehouse operations and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels and order fulfillment processes.
• Foster a safe and engaging work environment for staff.
• Lead initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and analyze reports to monitor performance.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct performance reviews and staff evaluations.
• Implement cost-saving measures in warehouse operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or relevant field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
