Tech Innovations Inc. is on the lookout for detail-oriented Order Clerks who are passionate about logistics and customer service. In this role, you'll help facilitate order processing and ensure timely delivery to our clients. You will be integral in maintaining accurate inventory records and communication with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide updates on order status.
• Assist with the preparation of shipping and receiving documents.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform data entry tasks related to order processing.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and report potential issues in the order fulfillment process.
• Utilize various software tools to track inventory and orders.
• Provide feedback on process improvements to management.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation Certificate

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in order management or logistics.
