Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting talent with opportunity and possess a strong understanding of the recruitment process. You will manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement and deal with a variety of clients and candidates across industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives to meet client needs.
  • Enhance and maintain the recruitment database.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment activities and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to boost brand visibility and attract candidates.
  • Offer market insights to clients regarding candidate availability and salary expectations.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles

Certifications
  • Registered HR Practitioner (SABPP)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
