Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Employee Wellness Consultant to join our Durban office. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing wellness programs that enhance employee health, engagement, and productivity. You will collaborate with HR and management to create an environment that promotes well-being across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of a wellness committee to promote health initiatives.
  • Research and recommend external wellness programs and consultants.
  • Engage with employees to gather feedback and improve existing wellness strategies.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers to offer health assessments.
  • Create educational materials that promote healthy lifestyles.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.
  • Measure employee satisfaction and health outcomes related to wellness initiatives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for health and wellness within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Advanced degree in Health and Wellness is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of related experience in corporate wellness
