Job Description

We are seeking a Cooker Loader to oversee the loading and unloading of food products into preparation cookers. This role is vital for maintaining the flow of our production processes while ensuring that food safety protocols are strictly followed.

Responsibilities

• Unload large quantities of cooked products and prepare for packaging.
• Track and report any equipment malfunctions during operations.
• Support kitchen staff during busy periods, lending a hand where needed.
• Participate in regular safety and hygiene training.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all work areas.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Food safety certification is a plus

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Languages

• English: Fluent
