Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing various events from conception to completion, ensuring that every detail is flawlessly executed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of diverse events.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
  • Coordinate event staff and volunteers.
  • Monitor event progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Implement creative ideas to enhance event themes and activities.
  • Evaluate the success of the event and provide recommendations for future projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or Business
  • Additional certifications in event management preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in event planning
