Responsibilities
Create and implement a detailed e-commerce roadmap for growth.
Direct online advertising efforts, including PPC campaigns.
Lead cross-functional teams to launch new online products.
Continuously analyze traffic and sales data to optimize performance.
Foster collaboration between marketing and sales teams.
Manage customer service aspects concerning e-commerce inquiries.
Evaluate and select e-commerce service providers and technology.
Set and manage KPIs for e-commerce growth and success.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in e-commerce or Marketing
MBA or similar is highly regarded
Experience
5+ years of experience in online sales or e-commerce
