Environmental Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Environmental Engineer who is passionate about tackling environmental challenges. You'll lead projects from concept through to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting best practices in sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Assess environmental impacts relating to organizational projects.
• Advise on pollution control measures and environmental technologies.
• Coordinate with external consultants and environmental agencies.
• Prepare presentations on sustainability initiatives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure staff are trained in current environmental policies and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or similar field
• Master's degree in Environmental Engineering preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in environmental impact assessments and compliance

Technical Skills

• Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
• Sustainability Practices

Certifications

• ISO 14001 Environmental Management
• Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) training

Languages

• English: Fluent
