UX Designer

Job Description

Join us as a UX Designer, where you'll have the opportunity to innovate and create user-friendly designs tailored to meet diverse user needs. This role involves working closely with designers and stakeholders in Cape Town, ensuring that our products are both functional and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research efforts to gather insights on user behavior.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Work in agile sprints to deliver iterative design improvements.
• Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders and team members.
• Monitor and analyze user interactions post-launch to inform design adjustments.
• Support the development team during implementation to ensure design integrity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Master’s degree in UX Design is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio

• Figma

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG): Understanding of accessibility principles in UX design.
