We are seeking a passionate Fundraising Lead to join our dedicated team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies to support our community initiatives. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute innovative fundraising plans to increase revenue.
• Establish partnerships with local businesses and community leaders.
• Track fundraising progress and report results to the Executive Director.
• Utilize social media and online platforms to enhance fundraising reach.
• Train and supervise team members involved in fundraising.
• Host donor appreciation events to foster strong relationships.
• Lead strategic planning sessions for fundraising initiatives.
• Identify and pursue grant opportunities for funding.
• Develop marketing materials to support fundraising campaigns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of demonstrated success in fundraising or related roles
