Responsibilities

• Evaluate client situations and recommend appropriate actions.
• Oversee the coordination of service delivery among providers.
• Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution services.
• Establish support networks connecting clients to necessary resources.
• Foster relationships with community organizations for collaborative efforts.
• Conduct workshops to empower clients with life skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional integrity at all times.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience working in a social services environment

• Case management skills

Certifications

• Child Protection certificate
• Trauma-Informed Care certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational

Advantageous
