Job Description

As a UX Designer at Creative Solutions Co., you'll play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing user-friendly interfaces and improving user engagement across our platforms. The role requires a collaborative mindset, allowing you to work closely with researchers, UI designers, and developers to transform ideas into effective designs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze competitor products and market trends to inform design decisions.
• Create interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Document design processes, workflows, and decisions.
• Communicate design rationale to team and stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Support accessibility standards in all design work.
• Create visual designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Facilitate workshops to align team vision and direction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Contribute to the overall product strategy and direction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Relevant UX-related certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of design experience, particularly in the UX field

• Wireframing Tools

Certifications

• Interaction Design Foundation UX Certificate
• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages
