Product Designer

Job Description

As a Product Designer, you'll have the opportunity to influence the design and functionality of our services. You will conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring the final product meets users' needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research initiatives and synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate seamlessly with development teams in sprint cycles.
• Iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback.
• Ensure all designs align with the overall vision and brand standards.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with team members.
• Help maintain a cohesive vision for branding across digital materials.
• Analyze usability issues and develop detailed action plans for improvement.
• Assist in the development of project timelines and milestones.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
• Master's degree in UX/UI Design is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio
