Job Description

As a Diversity and Inclusion Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing initiatives that promote diversity and inclusivity within our workplace. You will strategize, lead, and facilitate programs that drive engagement, awareness, and understanding of diversity issues.

Responsibilities

  • Create policies that promote diversity and foster an inclusive workplace.
  • Lead initiatives to celebrate cultural diversity through events and activities.
  • Analyze diversity metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Establish partnerships with community organizations to support diversity initiatives.
  • Facilitate employee resource groups to enhance inclusivity.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in diversity management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in diversity and inclusion roles or related HR experience
