Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist with a passion for driving employee engagement and managing HR policies. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to human resources, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance to foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment, selection, and hiring of new staff.
  • Implement and review HR policies to ensure compliance.
  • Manage employee performance review processes.
  • Facilitate organisational development and change initiatives.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and best practices.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration and compliance.
  • Engage actively in workplace culture enhancement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update employee training records.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Any additional HR certification will be beneficial
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles
