Responsibilities

• Ensure proper hygiene is maintained by assisting with personal grooming.
• Cover meal preparation and assist clients with feeding when necessary.
• Document and report any observed changes in client condition to the health care professionals.
• Provide transportation for clients to appointments and outings.
• Assist in mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Engage clients socially through conversation and activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols ensuring a safe environment for clients.
• Complete necessary reports and documentation accurately and timely.

Advantageous

• CPR and First Aid Certification: Certification in CPR and basic first aid for emergency situations.
