UX Designer

Job Description

We're looking for a creative and analytical UX Designer to join our Cape Town office. You will take charge of the user experience across various platforms, utilizing user feedback and design principles to enhance our products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX strategy for new projects from conception to launch.
• Evaluate and improve usability across existing products.
• Create engaging design presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance user acquisition funnels.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in user-centered design processes

• Sketch

Certifications

• Human-Centered Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with accessibility design: Understanding of best practices in inclusive design frameworks.
