We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to provide expert advice and support to patients. In this role, you'll offer high-quality pharmaceutical care, manage medication therapy, and collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of prescriptions before dispensing medications.
• Guide patients through healthcare plans and product selections.
• Perform clinical assessments to tailor medication therapies.
• Advocate for patient health by providing clear drug counseling.
• Liaise effectively with medical professionals to address patient concerns.
• Assist with regulatory audits and quality assurance programs.
• Engage in continuous professional development.
• Record and manage adverse drug reactions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Additional health-related certification is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years handling pharmacy operations
