UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine user personas and journey maps.
• Design interfaces that are user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.
• Evaluate existing user interfaces and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align design with brand identity.
• Conduct A/B testing to gauge the effectiveness of design changes.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, or related field
• Relevant certifications in UX Design are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Prototyping Tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
• User Research Techniques
