Job Description

In the role of House Detective, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations and risk assessments to safeguard residential properties. Your expertise will help identify vulnerabilities and implement effective security measures to enhance safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed investigations into security breaches and incidents.
• Develop and review security protocols and procedures for residential properties.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new security technologies.
• Liaise with clients to assess their security needs and concerns.
• Manage and monitor security surveillance systems effectively.
• Document findings and provide solutions based on investigations.
• Provide support during community safety meetings and initiatives.
• Evaluate and update security measures regularly.
• Research local crime trends and adjust responses accordingly.
• Prepare and present findings to the management and residents.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or Security Management is preferred

• Experience in a supervisory or investigative role is an advantage.
