Responsibilities

• Create and manage project schedules and documentation.
• Evaluate electrical equipment for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Implement maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Respond to emergency electrical issues as needed.
• Optimize energy usage and sustainability measures.
• Work directly with clients to define project scopes.
• Lead engineering design reviews and team discussions.
• Document all project processes and outcomes for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and development

Technical Skills

• Electrical Safety Standards
• Simulation Software (MATLAB/Simulink)
• Energy Efficiency Design

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• ISO Certification in Quality Management Systems
• LEED Green Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent
