Responsibilities

• Ensure technical accuracy of plans and specifications.
• Provide technical support in the construction phase.
• Utilize project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge of industry design codes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional certification in structural engineering is an added advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in structural design and analysis

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Structural Engineer (CSE)
• LEED Green Associate (if applicable)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with green building practices: Knowledge of sustainable design techniques and materials.
